Susie fell in love with Sedona on her first visit in the mid '90s. She returned every year to shoot its landscapes, rock art and archaeology sites until she finally moved here from Sausalito in 2005, and she now lives near Cathedral Rock, one of her favorite subjects to photograph.

Marvelous Moonrise

Susie is best known for her critically acclaimed pictures of Southwest rock art. Her passion for the subject was born in 1995, when she unexpectedly discovered some pictographs and petroglyphs while vacationing in Sedona, and she has been photographing rock art ever since.
